ABOUT ME
 
I've been buying land for over 30 years. My first parcel was bought when I was just 16 years old. Since then I have bought and sold hundreds of properties in the Antelope Valley. I grew up in Lancaster, which had 9,000 people when I first moved there & now has more than 140,000 people and still growing. Most of the land I purchase is on the outskirts of the Towns or Cities. I feel you can experience the highest profits when you purchase inexpensive land and let the growth come to you.
 
There are 200,000 people coming to Southern California every year. They need some place to go and Lancaster and Palmdale have large growth, while Rosamond, Mojave and California City have grown somewhat less. I believe their time has come. The prices are starting to increase and I've been buying the surrounding areas. So you and I can take advantage of the fast growth in these smaller communities. There are many people living here that commute to Los Angeles and this is also expected to increase. Many companies are relocating to the Antelope Valley and bringing this growth with them.
